Online, via Zoom and in person in RLB 412
Inspired Discoveries is where UBalt undergraduates shine. For the past ten years, Inspired Discoveries has been the premier UBalt event for student research and creative work, featuring short presentations showcasing the amazing work being done by our best and brightest students. There’s a cash prize for the best presentation, awarded by a panel of UBalt faculty and staff judges, along with some additional prizes. Friends and family are encouraged to join us as we celebrate scholarship, creativity, and student achievement!
The 2024 edition of Inspired Discoveries will be taking place in a hybrid format. Presentations in the morning before lunch will be prerecorded with the presenters participating in Q&A via Zoom. In the afternoon after a lunchtime talk by a member of the UBalt faculty, there will be live presentations in RLB 412. Attendees are welcome to attend in RLB412 or on Zoom all day.
This year's faculty speaker will be Dr. Nusta Ko who will discuss her forthcoming book on reproductive justice in Peru. Please RSVP through the campus calendar if you plan to attend lunch so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
